If you enjoy a good fruit bowl you will love this! Fruit bowls is a great way to get a jam packed nutrient meal that provides many minerals and vitality to the body! This is one of my favorites so I had to share. You can use whatever you have on hand for fruit or your favorites! Simple easy and only takes a few minutes to prepare. You can also do meal prep with this and add to small mason jars for a ready to go breakfast for the week!
For a single serving;
-one kiwi
-2 slices of cut up pineapple
-5 seeded grapes sliced in half
-1 orange
-1 half avocado
-1 cup of yogurt (your choice of vegan or dairy)
-2 tablespoons of sea moss gel.
-Sprinkled off with and handful of walnuts.
Mix in a bowl and enjoy!
