Infused sea moss has fruit or powder added to enhance the taste and nutritional benefits. Please keep in mind that fruit infused sea moss can deteriorate quicker as it is made with real fruit. We always recommend smaller jars unless there is more then one person in the household enjoying it. Regular moss is as natural as it comes. No GMO no fillers. Just sea moss and clean water is what you get. It lasts 3-4 weeks kept in a fridge.

We recommend taking 1-2 sea moss capsules daily. Start with 1 capsule for the first week or two, then increase to 2 capsules a day. You can take them with or without food. If you're taking other supplements, check their instructions to ensure compatibility.

Yes you can take sea moss while pregnant. It is a healthy supplement that is completely natural. Take the recommended 2 tablespoons a day for you and baby.

It depends on where you are. For local Edmonton orders, we deliver ourselves or through Uber — you'll get a confirmation when your order is on its way, but no formal tracking number. For orders shipped outside Edmonton, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way.

Your sea moss was made to order and will stay fresh as long as you keep it in the refrigerator at all times. Usually the second shelf from the bottom in the back is the best spot to keep it chilled. Please don't put your sea moss in the freezer in the jar it came in. It will freeze, expand and break in your freezer leaving glass everywhere! You can freeze in trays and later put in Ziplock bags. This will be ready to use for about 4 months. Always use a clean spoon when scooping it out.

Rinse your sea moss with water. Preferably filtered or distilled. Re rinse and use your hands to wash the sea moss. Do this as many times and it takes until the water is clear. You will notice it get clearer the more you wash it. Remember to inspect for shells and the small or large rocks attached to the sea moss. Remove them with scissors and discard. Once it's all clean, leave in clean water with a slice or two of lime. Let it soak for 7-15 hours. Depending on the moss you have you may need to simmer it to prep. So put it in a pot with half the water its been soaking in. Put it on a low simmer until it breaks down. 15-20 mins. Take off the stove and let cool. Add to your blender and Blend! You can add whatever you want at this stage to infuse your sea moss. Once it is blended nicely and has a nice gel texture put in a sealable jar and place in your fridge to set.
